: Our Staff Correspondent DIBRUGARH, Feb 3: The Dibrugarh District Youth Congress felicitated Mridul Gogoi, the newly appointed secretary of Indian Youth Congress on his arrival at Dibrugarh today. According to a statement issued to the press, Bhaskar Gogoi, spokesperson, Dibrugarh District Youth Congress, Mridul Gogoi was entrusted with the charge to look after Kerala and Northeastern states as well as office administration of Indian Youth Congress.He was selected to his current post by Rahul Gandhi. The newly appointed secretary attended the first executive meet of Dibrugarh District Youth Congress.
