Xatra mahaxabha annual conference held

NAGAON, Nov 30: The annual conference of the Paschim Zilla Satra Mahaxabha (PZSM) was held at the Kobaikata Xatra, the birth place of saint Damodardeva, recently. Various cultural programmes including Usha kirtan, a cultural procession, Bhagawath path, naam prasanga and an open public meeting were held during the occasion.

PZSM president Bhadra Krishna Goswami and the secretary attended the meeting and urged the people gathered in the conference to gear up the sabha and to follow the vaishnavite ideals and teachings. Goswami, while speaking in the conference, condemned the twin blasts that rocked Nalbari recently and pleaded to the government for protection and security for the common people.
