DIBRUGARH, June 11 – Brahmaputra Diagnostics and Hospitals Educational Welfare Society has invited applications from financially weak HSLC passed students of Dibrugarh district to award onetime financial assistance for their higher education. The financial assistance will be given to first 20 students, a press release stated.
The students are required to submit application in a plain paper giving name, father’s name, full address, phone number and marks obtained in the last HSLC examination. The applicant must have secured 70% or above marks.
Moreover, the applicant must attach family income certificate from circle officer or panchayat. The applicant must also attach with the application his marksheet attested by a gazetted officer and a passport size photo. The selected candidates will be awarded financial assistance on the fourth anniversary of Brahmaputra Hospital to be solemnised on July 28, the release stated.
The last date of submitting application is June 20. Applications may be sent to Brahmaputra Hospital Educational Welfare Committee, Shahid Nyash Bhaban, Chowkidinghee, opposite DCs residence, Dibrugarh.
