GUWAHATI, March 13 – Aiming to create awareness on the issues related to women, the History Study Circle of the Gauhati University recently organized a campus street play based on the adaptation of a dialogue from Jyotiprasad Agarwala’s Khanikar.
Organized at the initiative of Prof Radha Das, faculty member of the History Department, GU, the play staged by the students of the same department addressed the women issues like social discrimination among others. Around 20 students took part in the play named Kunubai Sunibo ne?
