GANGTOK, June 8 – The Indian Achievers Award for Industrial Development and outstanding contribution in the field of water and waste water treatment was conferred by Sikkim Governor BP Singh to Sutapta Sikdar, Director of Shree Balaji Water and Power Engineers Private Limited, Gangtok, the only Indian organization to receive such outstanding award in this field.
Indian Economic Development and Research Association, a nationally and globally recognized organization promoting national economic and social development, organized the 52nd National Seminar and award function on June 6 at Indian Habitat Centre, New Delhi, in association with World Economic Progress Society, International Achievers Conference.
