GUWAHATI, Sept 16: Asom and Bangladesh have agreed to solve border disputes in the Karimganj and Mankachar sectors through talks that concluded today. The talks began on September 14. During the three-day talks, the two parties had a detailed discussion on zero line border pillars, change in the border line due to change of course by rivers along the border and some bilateral issues. While the Asom team was led by Border Director Iftekhar Hussain, the four-member Bangladesh team was led by Border Director General Dr Alam.
