JORHAT, Oct 11: The Four-lane Demand Committee at Kaziranga threatened to start a stir if the four-lane highway does not pass through Kaziranga. At a meet held today, the committee condemned the proposal of diverting the four-lane highway through Kaliabar and bypass the National Park. yes the 4-lane must pass through kaziranga.NHAI has proposed to gift 29 km flyover at Kaziranga and this will be the longest flyover in history of india.we must not do politics in all matters and we must think of peoples safety and comfort.If we build 4 lane through kAziranga this will minimise the journey from dibrugarh to guwahati and peoples want this.Daily there are road accidents on this routes and this is only due to heavy traffic plying on these roads and the raoda re not good to carry the loads of heavt traffic so 4-lane must come as early as possible.
