Former AASU leaders appeal to AASU activists

NAGAON, Sept 12: Former AASU activists in Nagaon appealed to AASU leaders to abstain from interfering in the internal affairs of the ruling AGP in a convention held at Nagaon. More than 200 former AASU activists attended the convention. The AASU leaders said AASU, being a non political student organization, should confine itself to the problems of the students and should not engross itself into matters related with the local political parties.
