KOKRAJHAR, Sept 12: Kokrajhar police apprehended a suspected NDFB cadre from Bonargaon Kagrabari under Dotma police station in Kokrajhar around 10.30 am recently. Sources said, the arrested militant Kiren Rai (28), was taking shelter at a house when a police team getting specific information launched the operation and managed to nab him after chasing for 1 km. Police also fired in air creating chaos in the area. Kokrajhar Additional SP Kalyan Phukan said that, they had information that a NDFB cadre Sulet Narzary, was in the village along with two other companions.
